Introductory course on the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)


Overview

This course was originally developed by the Institute to provide training for U.S. candidates for positions with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), and its Rapid Expert Assistance and Cooperation Teams (REACT) in particular.

The course includes substantial information on the OSCE's principal areas of operation, including Eastern Europe, Southeastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucuses.

Note: U.S. citizens who are candidates for a position with the OSCE who have a user name and password for the REACT examinations should go to the REACT site. All others are free to use this general interest version.
